Gentleness

MIND:

“A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger” – Proverbs 15:1 CSB

Pay attention to the tone of your voice this week.  How do you respond to others?  Especially when you are frustrated, overwhelmed or in disagreement with someone?

BODY:

Be gentle with yourself.  Learn to enjoy some quiet time

Take 5 minutes a day and sit outside.  Don’t do anything.  Just breathe the fresh air.  Listen for the birds.  Notice what is around you.  Be present in the moment.

SPIRIT:

What anger is causing harm to your spirit?  How do you need to set it down before God this week?
